Venezia history
For more than 50 years, the name Venezia in Hildesheim has stood for Italian hospitality, culinary delights and traditional processing of original Italian ice cream and later also the popular Venezia pizzas and Italian cuisine.
We would like to thank our guests for their decades of loyalty to our ice cream parlors and pizzerias as well as to our catering. This is our incentive to continue to be there for you every day.
1965
Founding of Eiscafe Venezia on Schuhstrasse in Hildesheim.
1989
Opening of the Venezia branch on the historic market square in Hildesheim.
1995
Will the Venezia company be handed over.
At the same time, the new operator is expanding the ice cream concept with pizza and bistro snacks.
2001
The Bäckeramtshaus on the historic Hildesheim market square
will be expanded. as well as Venezia at the market from the square and with
Breakfast, coffee and cake.
2001-2020
Venezia is constantly being expanded, for example with ice cream catering

The concept is extended with Italian pasticceria bar
